Who can place orders in the Artyst™ shop?
Orders can only be placed by users who have a shipping address in the UK or in one of the following countries of the European Union: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, UK, Cyprus.

Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?
In the Artyst ™ shop you can make a purchase with or without a VAT number. If you have a valid VAT number, we will only charge the net price. If you don’t have a VAT number, we will charge the gross price. Every customer will receive a receipt, accounted according to the mentioned options.
Which payment methods can I choose from?
Currently you can use one of the following payment methods:
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
Why can’t I see the payment method I prefer?
Some payment methods which are connected to a banking card (for example Bancontact) will not be displayed in the selection of payment methods. Just enter your card number and the system will recognize it as an available payment method. You will find additional payment methods available in your country (like PayPal) in the right tab of the payment method selection.
My payment process failed. What can I do?
Please try placing your order once again, to make sure that a system failure did not occur. If you still cannot proceed with your payment, please contact your banking provider to check, to make sure your payment is not being blocked by them.

How and when will I receive my receipt?
You will swiftly receive your receipt by email.
TAXES AND VAT
What kind of VAT-number do I need?
For a purchase within the European Union you need a European VAT-number. Otherwise 19% value added tax will be calculated.
Is there a certain format I need to use when entering my VAT-number?
Please type your VAT-number in the following format: YY123456789. Use your country code without a space followed by up to 12 numbers. Please do not use spaces.
There is a warning message, that my VAT-number is not valid. What should I do?
If you have a valid VAT-number, but our VAT checker rates it as not valid, please contact our support. Use of this contact form.
Why do I still see the gross price, even though I have entered a valid VAT number?
The VAT number is being checked in relation to the ship-to-country. If you entered a valid VAT number, but did not save an address in your account, you will see the gross price until you proceed to the shipping details during the checkout process.
How can I check the availability of a product?
In our shop you can only see products, which are on stock.
I have a discount code. How can I use it?
Just add your discount code to your shopping cart. You can do it while shopping or when you are about to start the checkout process.
How can I cancel my order?

Can I place an order as a guest?
Currently only registered users can place an order. Please create an account here.
I forgot the password for my account. How can I restore it?
Go to the login page and click the “Forgot password?” button. Then follow the instructions to restore your password.
SHIPPING, WARRANTY & RETURNS
How much does the shipping of my purchase cost?
At the moment we offer free shipping for all purchases.
What are the shipping options?
Your package will be delivered by the UPS.
How long will my shipping take?
Your purchase is normally processed within 24 hours, so your package should be delivered within 5 - 7 working days.
How can I track my order status?
You can track the shipping status of your order. Please use the tracking ID that we will forward to you after transferring your package to the UPS.
When can I return an item?
As the Artyst™ shop is a B2B shop only. The right of withdrawal does not apply. However, any new Artyst ™ device* has a 24 days money-back guarantee (after day of purchase) and you can return it without giving any reasons during this time.
Of course damaged, faulty or wrong delivered goods can be returned. In this case please contact us via this contact form.
How long is the warranty period for Artyst™products?
Any new Artyst ™ device (machine H1, power unit or footswitch) has a warranty of one year. If you submit a justified warranty claim during this time, your product is eligible for a 1:1 replacement. Warranty claims will be processed within 24 hours after receipt of the claim. If the claim is justified, the replacement will be shipped.
If your purchased Artyst ™ device* is defective and is not eligible for warranty, as the warranty has expired, you can turn in your defect device and we’ll offer you a new or a refurbished unit at a very attractive price. How to return Artyst ™ devices for replacement?
To return a defective device to our service center, please contact us and send the product to our customer service in Berlin.
